Job Description

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced EUC Project Manager to lead the planning, delivery, and rollout of End User Computing initiatives. You will manage cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable workplace solutions covering devices, virtual desktops, collaboration tools, and endpoint security.

  • Salary Package: Up to $9,000 (basic) + AWS

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of EUC projects (device refresh, VDI, M365, endpoint security, workspace modernisation)
  • Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and delivery plans
  • Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests across EUC workstreams
  • Oversee UAT, pilot runs, user migration, and go-live activities
  • Ensure projects meet security, compliance, and governance standards
  • Provide regular status reporting to senior stakeholders and steering committees

Requirements

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline
  • 5+ years of IT project management experience, with strong focus on EUC initiatives
  • Hands-on experience managing EUC technologies (e.g. Windows 10/11, M365, Intune, SCCM, VDI)
  • Strong understanding of end-user environments, device lifecycle, and workplace security
  • Proven stakeholder and vendor management experience
  • Familiar with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models

Good to Have

  • Experience with VDI solutions (e.g. Citrix, VMware Horizon, AVD)
  • Exposure to endpoint security (e.g. Defender, CrowdStrike, Zscaler)
  • ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications
  • Experience in large-scale enterprise or public sector environments
