Job Title: [Temp] Migration Executive – SharePoint

Location: One North

Employment Type: Temporary/Contract (9 months) 

Salary: Up to $3,500

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated [Temp] Migration Executive to assist with the migration of content to our new SharePoint site. This role involves not only using site templates for content transfer but also customizing pages using out-of-the-box (OOTB) SharePoint webparts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the migration of content from legacy systems to the new SharePoint site.
  • Utilize SharePoint OOTB webparts to customize pages in accordance with project requirements.
  • Work closely with IT, content owners, and project managers to ensure seamless migration.
  • Conduct post-migration testing to verify that content displays correctly and functionalities are intact.
  • Engage with stakeholders to improve the system

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Information Systems or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience with SharePoint or other content management systems.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint site templates and out-of-the-box webparts for customization.
  • Basic understanding of web content management, information architecture, and user experience principles.
