Job title: Software Support Engineer x4

Job Description

You are hired under a Software company who providing custom software solutions (web app) to their client in FinTech industry.
In this role, you are responsible as a L1 engineer to offer your support to solve our user issues.

  • Salary package up to $4,000 + AWS + VB (approx. 2-3 months bonus)
  • 12-hours shift arrangement with 3-2-2-3 working pattern (working from home during night shift) - no need to standby after working hours
  • 8 am to 8 pm (morning shift) / 8 pm to 8 am (night shift)
  • Dynamic & fun working environment
  • Office Location: Tanjong Pagar

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support and assistance to clients via various channels (email, phone, chat, etc.).
  2. Understand and troubleshoot software issues reported by clients, resolve them effectively, and provide timely updates on the status of ongoing support cases.
  3. Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the support process.
  4. Utilize support ticketing systems to track and manage support cases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  5. Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and knowledge base articles to enable self-service support resources for clients.
  6. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Min diploma in Computer science or any relevant discipline
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional support experiences.
