We're looking for a passionate Cyber Platform Engineer to support the operations, maintenance, and lifecycle management of critical cybersecurity platforms across government infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Palo Alto firewalls across critical infrastructure sites, including patching, configuration and security rule reviews.
• Administer and troubleshoot Carbon Black EDR, including endpoint sensors, system health and log monitoring.
• Manage Cloudflare DDoS/WAF services, including website onboarding, security rules, SSL certificates and access reviews.
• Administer CyberArk PAM, including privileged account onboarding/offboarding, access management and audit reviews.
• Support cybersecurity assessments, incident response, vulnerability remediation and backup/restoration activities.
• Maintain security documentation, reports, SOPs and compliance records in line with cybersecurity policies.

Requirements

• 4+ years' relevant experience in cybersecurity, network security or platform operations.
• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology or related fields.
• Strong foundation in enterprise networking, including TCP/IP, VLAN, routing, NAT, DNS and network troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls or equivalent platforms.
• Experience with EDR platforms such as Carbon Black or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Cloudflare/WAF/DDoS platforms and CyberArk PAM or equivalent solutions.
• Experience with patch management, security hardening, change management and incident response.
• Experience supporting secured, segregated or air-gapped environments is a plus.
• CCNA or equivalent networking certification is highly preferred.
