Job title: L1 Engineer (Enterprise Application)

Job Description

Hiring for L1 Support Engineer to serve as the 1st line operational support across our enterprise applications.

  • Up to 21 days of Annual Leave, Birthday off, etc

Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and manage support mailboxes, ensuring timely response and resolution of user requests
  2. Log, track, and manage support tickets through to resolution, ensuring SLAs are met
  3. Triage incoming issues, categorised by priority and platform, and escalate complex technical matters to the L2/AMS team as appropriate
  4. Coordinate with L2 and technical teams to ensure smooth handover and follow-through on escalated issues
  5. Communicate clearly with end users on issue status, resolution timelines, and workarounds
  6. Maintain support documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles
  7. Support recurring governance and compliance activities across platforms

Requirements:

  • min. Diploma in any discipline
  • Experience in supporting Salesforce / Workato / UiPath RPA / Cumulus / Workday / Tableau / Slack types of applications
  • Familiar with ticketing systems
