Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and cloud-native solutions. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-performing, and user-centric digital products.

• Salary Package: Up to $10,000 (basic) + AWS

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using TypeScript, React, Node.js, and AWS services.
• Build responsive and reusable frontend components with React and modern UI frameworks.
• Develop scalable backend APIs and microservices using Node.js and RESTful architecture.
• Implement cloud-native solutions on AWS, including deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure integration.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, business analysts, and product owners to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability across environments.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and agile ceremonies.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes and optimizations.
• Support CI/CD pipeline implementation and DevOps best practices.
• Maintain technical documentation and adhere to engineering standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React.js, and Node.js.
• Experience with AWS cloud services such as Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, or DynamoDB.
• Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including secure coding and testing.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).
• Experience building enterprise or government digital platforms.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and monitoring tools.

Nice to Have

• AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer or Solutions Architect).
• Experience with serverless architectures and event-driven systems.
• Exposure to accessibility, performance optimization, and cybersecurity practices
