About the Role:

We are seeking a Cloud Software Developer who is passionate about automation, scalability, and infrastructure performance, with strong experience in tools like Terraform and GitLab. This role focuses on solving complex infrastructure challenges and building reliable platforms that support critical services and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain a scalable cloud platform used by multiple organisations
• Build APIs and backend automation using NodeJS/Python, and support secure CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitLab, Atlassian, Terraform)
• Implement cloud automation and infrastructure across multiple cloud providers
• Support system reliability, scalability, and operational stability
• Provide guidance on DevOps practices and contribute to engineering best practices

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experiences in backend/API development with NodeJS or Python
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on experience with Agile development and deployment practices
• Familiar with AWS, Azure or GCP
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform), Git, and scripting (e.g. Bash)
• Exposure to distributed systems, security practices, and monitoring tools is a plus
• Prior experience leading a small team and comfortable being hands-on
