Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive the delivery of Government Projects.

Opportunity to work on large scale digital transformation projects .
5 days work week (Mon to Fri), Hybrid Work Arrangement.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to conduct user interviews, facilitate sprint planning, scrums, and retrospectives, and track development pace to ensure timely delivery.
Establish key success factors, develop metrics, and build dashboards to track performance—enabling clear measurement of outcomes and alignment with goals.
Analyze product performance after launch, identify areas for enhancement, and facilitate iterative improvements to drive ongoing value.
Evaluate the impact of change requests, estimate resource needs, and ensure requests are actionable and resource-appropriate.

Requirements:

Min 5 years’ experience required, Computer Science or IT related tertiary education.
Experience in full software / product development life cycles using Agile Methodology.
Demonstrated ability to build and deliver end to end digital products effectively, even with limited resources.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, empowering clear idea pitching and effective stakeholder alignment.
Thrives under tight deadlines, with strong prioritization and independent working capabilities.
