Responsibilities:

Co-led the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions based on Government agencies' requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate business needs, and translate them into technical requirement.
Develop Apex classes & triggers to support business needs, custom user interface development, etc
Integrate Salesforce APIs with 3rd party systems and WOG components/services
Hands-on configuration in administration setup such as managing org, users, profiles, roles, security controls, etc
Provide level 3 support on incidents, problems, and service request
Develop & maintain documentation on specifications, design, and test analysis results according to standards & ensure filing of relevant information

Requirements:

min. Degree in any relevant discipline
min. 5 years of working experience in Salesforce project development
Salesforce Certificates is desired
