Job title:	Senior Java Developer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in building scalable, high-performance applications, enjoys working in agile teams, and is passionate about delivering clean, efficient, and maintainable code. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise-grade solutions that meet business needs and technical standards.

Working Hours: Mon-Fri
Working Location: Central
Salary Package: Up to $8200 (basic) + AWS

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java frameworks.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, and other developers to define technical solutions.
Ensure application performance, scalability, and security through best coding practices.
Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and drive continuous improvement within the team.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including requirement analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in production and non-production environments.
Contribute to technical documentation and ensure adherence to development standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Java Developer (5+ years, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity).
Strong knowledge of Java 8+, Spring Framework / Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
Experience with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and ORM frameworks (Hibernate, JPA).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and agile methodologies.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with front-end technologies (Angular, React, or similar).
Knowledge of performance tuning and application security best practices.
Professional certifications in Java or cloud technologies
