Job title:	Senior Business Analyst (Jurong West / Project Implementation)

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to assist in the implementation and ongoing support of the software applications. You will act as a bridge between business teams, IT teams, and system vendors to ensure a smooth application rollout, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system monitoring, and issue resolution.

Working Hours: Mon-Fri
Working Location: Jurong West
Job Type: 1 year contract
Salary Package: Up to $7k (basic)

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business teams to gather system requirements.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new system modules.
Monitor system implementation and track UAT status.
Train business users in system usage.
Oversee testing and enhancements for application functionality.
Handle post-go-live support and system-related requests.
Analyze operational data and work with vendors & IT teams to resolve issues.
Develop reports & dashboards for system performance and support trends.
Document SOPs and business processes.
Manage user administration and support issue resolution.
Generate system and operational reports for management & decision-making.

Requirements

Excellent communication & presentation skills.
Proven experience in system & process documentation.
Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team under pressure.
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics & BI tools (Tableau, Qliksense, Power BI) is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Query, PowerPoint).
