Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for our trading app / payment gateway solutions, aligning with business goals and market needs.
Create, manage, and communicate the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of key features and enhancements.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the payment solutions space.
Work closely with technical engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive product development and go-to-market strategies.
Advocate for the user at every step of the product development process, ensuring intuitive and seamless user experiences.
Mentor and guide a team of product managers, fostering collaborative and innovative work environment.

Requirements:

min. Degree in any relevant discipline
Strong proven record in product management track, with at least 4 years focused on payment gateway solutions or trading products.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and drive project success.
