Job title:	Application Support Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with software development experience, to join a software company as Team Lead - Application Support.

Lead a team of engineers supporting world class custom software applications.
Salary package up to $5,800 + AWS + VB (~2 months bonus).
Dynamic working environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead and run the 24/7 application support team for applications and systems.
Ensures team members are providing necessary help to the end-users. Train the team members on the application logic/usage, interfaces and features.
Solve critical issues of the application and system, guide and mentor team members.
Ownership of all issues that are raised, through to closure within defined SLA.
Build and maintain good rapport between stakeholders. Handle escalations and manage client expectations on an ongoing basis.

Requirements:

Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related.
Minimum 3 years relevant working experience as a Software Developer/ Senior Application Support Engineer/ Team Lead.
Strong analysis, research, investigation and evaluation skills, with a structured approach to problem solving
Understanding of IT industry working practices / methodologies. ITIL certification is highly advantageous.
