Job Description

Job Title: Business Analyst

Working Hours: Mon-Fri (830am-600pm)
Working Location: Jurong West
Opportunities to manage projects in end-user environment!
Salary up to $6500 (basic)

Key Job Purpose:
This role supports the implementation of the application systems by coordinating between business teams, IT teams, and system vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather business requirements from business teams for system or technology.
Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new system modules.
Monitor system implementation and UAT status.
Train and guide business users on technology and system use.
Handle system-related requests post go-live.
Collaborate with system vendors and IT teams to resolve operational issues.
Prepare reports and dashboards for system status and support requests.
Document standard operating procedures for systems and business processes.
Maintain user administration and troubleshoot technical issues.
Generate system and operational reports for management reporting and data analysis.

Key Competencies and Qualifications:

Proven experiences (at least 4 years) in business analysis, system analysis or any related experiences
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Self-driven, motivated, and able to work well under pressure.
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics and BI tools (Tableau/Qliksense/Power BI) is advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power Query, PowerPoint).
