Responsibilities:

Elicit and manage the stakeholder’s business requirements and translate them into detailed requirements documents, including user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
Works closely with Project Manager/Product Owner on project schedule, issues and escalation.
Work closely with UX designers to plan and organize research activities such as product conceptualization workshops and Usability Testing.
Work with Quality Engineer and business users to plan performance testing of the system.
Work with Quality Engineer and business users to plan for UAT, coordinate and monitor progress and acceptance of UAT, and manage defects as needed.
Organize the product backlog by extensively gathering and analysing information with stakeholders and participate in crafting Functional/Design specifications.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.

Job Requirements:

Singaporean only.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or related fields.
Prior experience of at least 4 years in IT business analysis, designing application solutions, and testing, or related.
Experience in AWS cloud (AWS-related certification will be an added advantage).
Experience with Confluence and JIRA will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in stakeholder management.
Working experience in Agile methodologies (Related certification will be an added advantage).
Previous involvement in government projects is advantageous.
