Job title: IT Manager (Infrastructure / Endpoint Services)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Infrastructure Manager to drive the delivery of managed endpoint services, SaaS applications, and IT infrastructure solutions.

In this role, you will lead a team of IT specialists, system administrators, and network engineers, collaborating closely with the Project Manager to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.

  • Working Hours: Mon-Fri
  • Working Location: Central
  • Remuneration Package: $8000 (basic) + AWS + VB (2 months)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement technical strategies for managed services, including endpoint management, SaaS applications, and IT infrastructure.
  • Lead a technical team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Design and oversee the implementation of IT solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Serve as the top-level escalation point for complex technical issues.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to integrate new technologies into service offerings.
  • Identify process improvements and drive automation to enhance efficiency.
  • Oversee technical projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope.
  • Maintain technical documentation and compliance standards.
  • Manage IT infrastructure and security measures, ensuring reliability and regulatory compliance.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients, ensuring their IT needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements:

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical leadership, preferably in managed services or IT infrastructure.
  • Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing service delivery.
  • Strong background in designing and implementing solutions for endpoints, infrastructure, and cloud services.
  • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and IT infrastructure management.
  • Proficiency in endpoint management tools and automation technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, virtualization, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant professional certifications (AWS, Azure, ITIL, CISSP) are a plus.
