Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team, specializing in strategy planning, transformation initiatives, digitalization planning, corporate work planning, project management office (PMO) governance, and service journey analysis. The ideal candidate are required to have experience in Agile, PMO functions, data collation, and analysis.

  • Working Hours: Mon-Fri
  • Working Location: Pasir Panjang
    Remuneration Package: up to 8500 (basic) + AWS

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and refine strategic plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Support transformation initiatives by conducting analysis, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions.
  • Assist in digitalization planning, evaluating technologies, and providing insights for digital transformation projects.
  • Contribute to corporate workplanning, facilitating cross-functional collaboration and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Support the Project Management Office (PMO) in governance activities, including project tracking, reporting, and risk management.
  • Conduct service journey analysis, mapping customer experiences and identifying opportunities for enhancement.
  • Utilize PMO experience to collate and analyze data, providing valuable insights for decision-making processes.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in strategy planning, transformation, or digitalization domains.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and PMO governance practices.
  • Proficient in data collation and analysis, with the ability to derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with service journey analysis and customer experience frameworks is desirable.
