IT Software Support

What to Expect

  • 5 day work week (Mon-Thu 8.30am-6pm and Fri 8.30am-5.30pm)
  • Remuneration Package: Up to 5k (basic) + AWS
  • Technologies used: Javascript (NodeJS / Golang)
  • You will be tasked to handle ticket issues raised such as the API integration problem / file cannot retrieve / etc

Tech-Ops (L1 Support)

  • Serve as the first point of contact with users who need assistance, and respond to them in a timely manner
  • Conduct basic troubleshooting to find out the level of support needed
  • Update tickets for Level 2 support and alert software engineers when technical issues are reported by users
  • Provide quick resolution/workaround and professional customer service
  • Following up with users to ensure the ticket is resolved
  • Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
  • Keep a record of Q&A
  • Follow-up with users and the internal team
  • Provide feedback on processes and make recommendations for improvements
  • Analyse and spot recurring problems and customer concerns
  • Give a weekly report on feedback and queries
  • Administrative tasks



  • Prior experience in tech support, customer service roles an advantage
  • Knowledge of computer systems and mobile devices, and coding is a bonus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Prior experience using Zendesk a plus
  • Prior experience assisting customers by phone, live chat, email, social media and web form submissions
