Hiring for L1 application support engineer (Mainly internet/web application) to join a well-established software company:

Responsibilities:

• Work on 24/7 shift providing level 1 web-based application support.
• Maintain a knowledge base of known defects, issues, process, techniques
• Train users on applications and help them to resolve application issues
• Update & manage tickets raised appropriately via company ticketing system
• Conduct & support client application testing, then collect & summarize test result

Requirements:

• Min diploma in Computer science or any relevant discipline
• Experience in supporting web-based application
• Familiar with IT Service Management (ITSM) activities (handling incidents, log tickets, escalation, etc)
