Job Description

• US MNC
• Chemical Manufacturing Plant
• Located at Tuas West (8 mins walk from Tuas West MRT)
• Working Hour: 7am - 7pm / 7pm - 7am (Rotating shift 2-2-3 pattern)
• Report to Production Manager
• Monthly basis + Shift Allowance

Job scope:

• Play an integral role to drive analytics and insights on current performance and behavior to support business decision-making process
• Identify, prioritize, and engage stakeholders at the production floor
• Collect and compile statistical production data to identify areas for improvements
• Observe and track important matrix, including production cycle time, cylinder weight, machine optimization, and etc.
• Perform documentation via company's google workspace, i.e. data input via google sheet, etc.

Requirements:

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• An effective communicator with strong stakeholder management skill
• Able to start in short notice
