Job Description
Permanent opportunity to work with a well established software hub in Singapore:
- Exploring to Gaming industry & web-based application
- 12-hours shift arrangement with 3-2-2-3 working pattern (working from home during night shift)
- No standby is needed, working with supportive colleagues in a team
- Salary package up to $4,500 + AWS + VB (approx. 2-3 months bonus)
- Great working environment
Responsibilities:
- Provide L1 web application support by identify & document user / system issues
- Maintain a knowledge base of known defects, issues, process, techniques, etc
- Update & manage problem ticket appropriately via company ticketing system
- Conduct & support client application testing, then collect & summarize test result
- Train users on applications and help them to resolve application issues
Requirements:
- min. Diploma in any relevant discipline
- Experience in supporting web-based application
- Familiar with IT Service Management (ITSM) activities (handling incidents, log tickets, escalation, etc)
- Comfortable with shift arrangement
