Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join a team developing large scale public-fronting applications.

5 days work week (Mon - Fri).
Attractive remuneration package.
Hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
Actively participate in all aspects of the software development process (Both front-end and back-end).
Work closely with stakeholders throughout the software development life cycle.
Adopting proven software engineering practices like pair programming, code reviews, test-driven.
Drive technical decision-making processes, advocating for best practices, code quality, and scalability

Requirements:

Min 5 years experience.
Experience with Typescript and frameworks such as React.js, Node.js, Nest.js.
Experience of leveraging on cloud platforms such as Amazon AWS.
Proficient in unit testing using JUnit, Jest, Mocha and other testing frameworks.
Experience in solution/system design and architecture is highly advantageous.
