JOB SCOPES:

• Draft and review contracts and other legal documents, as well as advise on legal issues relating to relevant procurements and matters relating to contracts.
• Render professional legal advice and strategic guidance to the various Divisions on all matters with a legal dimension (including issues related to intellectual property owned, produced or used by officers, and the management thereof)
• Manage/supervise, advise on and conduct negotiations (where necessary) on actual or potential disputes
• Create content for and conduct talks and seminars to staff to raise awareness on relevant legal issues
• Assist the Director of the Legal Division to carry out and implement such responsibilities and priorities of Legal Division.

• Singaporean (s) only.
• Must possess at least Degree in any related field.
