Job Description

We are seeking for a Business Process Analyst to utilize your analytical & problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for improvement, and streamline the operations processes:

• Salary up to $4,000 + $130 allowance + AWS + VB
• Hybrid working arrangement (3 days wfh + 2 days wfo)
• Company transport provided from Yishun / Woodlands / Boon Lay / Jurong east

Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate existing business processes and workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
2. Use process mapping techniques to document current state processes and identify pain points and bottlenecks
3. Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, department heads, and end-users, to understand their requirements and challenges
4. Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and standardization to improve operational efficiency
5. Develop and propose process improvement initiatives, including process redesign, automation, and implementation of best practices

Requirements:

• min. 1 year working experience in Business Process Analyst or similiar role
• Good in process analysis & mapping techniques
• Familiar with process automation and workflow management systems such as RPA / UiPath / Power Automate / etc
