  • Salary Package: up to $4,600 (Base Salary) + Bonus
  • Work Type: Permanent
  • Work from Home arrangement for the time being
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
Working Location: Jurong East
 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide internal and external customers with technical and application support via the various channels including telephone, e-mail, and remote control.
  • Liaise with technical service, customer service and sales teams.
  • Manage reagents/spare parts in association with troubleshooting and replacement in case of Level 3 escalation and have a credit note for Out-of-box failure and early failure.
Requirements:
  • min. Diploma in Life Science / any relevant discipline
  • Strong passion in customer services
