  1. Service Engineer

 

Diploma/Degree

7 to 10 years

  • At least 3 years of working experience in software license management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to discuss products and product issues with clients
  • Experience in user access management for various digital tools
  • Well-versed in agile ways of working and familiar with common tools including JIRA and Confluence
  • Experience in working in cross-functional agile teams
  • Device Inventory management
  • Experience in ITSM service management tool (ServiceNow) will be advantageous
  • Basic knowledge of Azure AD fundamentals will have added advantage

 

  • Fast learner and a team player
  • ITIL foundation
  • Agile/Scrum principles
  • Presentation skills
